SO. today olive was actually pretty active !!! he was eating moss (and a lot of it haha) and i took some really cute pics and videos of him !!!

but tHEN the lil mf tried to escape and ALMOST DID IT. if i would have turned around like a minute later he WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT. i was so worried and i hated my net lid anyways and i knew i needed to get a new one anyways, but now i was in a big rush .
so when my dad came back i told him about it and we thought about it for a bit ,, and then he agreed to take me to the store for buying a new lid !!! i was kinda scared we couldnt find one but WE DID !!! my dad drilled two (pretty big imo but theyre perfect !!!) holes for breathing ,,, and i put two heavy books so there wont be any space between the lid and enclosure ^^

im really happy now because i dont need to be scared of him getting away anymore !!! the two nights i had him i was FRIGHTENED to not watch him for the like 7 hours of sleep i had haha but now i can finally sleep normally again :D

HE IS THE MOST ADORABLE THING IN EXISTENSE OKAY.
it took us like 40 mins to get him :')) my mum found him on our window but he is sooo fast hshsj and then it started RAINING :')) but i really wanted to get him already so i just took an umbrella went outside and searched for him ,,, i found him but i had no idea how to pick him up without hurting him :(( so my mum agreed to just pick him up herself (LOVE U MUM) and she then gave him to me and i was SOOOO HAPPYYYYYY :DD like he was so cute and he actually felt pretty good !!! i then put him in his enclosure and he has been exploring the fucking roof ever since HSSJJS BUT IDC I REALLY LOVE HIM

im just kinda worried he will escape because i think he might be able to do that :') BUT ill try my best to not let my anxiety get to me and go to sleep without worrying about him shsjsjsj i have school tomorrow anyways and its like midnight rn and i wake up at 6:30 fuck

so !!!!!!!!! i set up olive's enclosure (FINALLYYY) and im SOOO proud of it !!!! :DDDD

personally i really like it but it does look better irl :') but i dont CARE. all that matters is that IM GONNA GET HIM SOONNNNN AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

26/01/23 MY DAD'S GASTROPODIST FREN GAVE ME AN ENCLOUSRE AAAA ITS REALLY GOOD I LOVE IT BUT I CANT CLOSE IT ;W;
BUT ITS ALSO FOR FREE AND ITS A LOT BIGGER (not too big tho dw !!!) AND I LOVE IT SHSJJSJSJ i hope he will as well :DDD
i cant wait to have him and its getting closer every day aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh


24/01/23 me and my best friend went to the local grove to get sticks and leaves for olive's enclousre !!
we then set it up (the enclousre) ,, but it was too smal :((( im really sad now :') i dont wanna order a new one ughhh it will take like two weeks to arrive ;◠;;;
my dad has a gastropodist friend tho and he might be able to give me a terrarium and i really want that hjsjsjjs
